Authorized use
During the testing period, access is limited to people whose exact email addresses RPUW has approved or to recipients of a valid one-use invitation. Each person must verify that email using an expiring, one-time link or six-digit code. You must not share an invitation, verification message, secure link, one-time code, active session, or restricted content with an unauthorized person.
Security monitoring
Access activity is logged for authentication, security, investigation, and administration as described in the Privacy Notice. Attempts to evade controls, scrape content, introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with service, or obtain another person’s access are prohibited.
Institutional accounts
Student, faculty, staff, and administrative accounts are personal and may be used only by the person to whom RPUW assigned them. Access is limited by institutional role. Users must not share verification codes, secure links, active sessions, or protected academic information. RPUW may require fresh email verification before sensitive actions are completed.
Applications and electronic signatures
An applicant must provide accurate and complete information and documents and must use an email address the applicant controls. RPUW may verify credentials and may withdraw an application, admission decision, or enrollment obtained through material omission or misrepresentation. Typing the applicant’s full name and affirmatively accepting the enrollment agreement constitutes an electronic signature and records the date, verified email, and available network address. Submission or admission does not guarantee enrollment; final enrollment requires Admissions Office approval and creation of an institutional student account.
Content and confidentiality
Restricted access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or redistribute RPUW materials. Content identified as confidential or unpublished must be treated accordingly. Website information may change and does not constitute an enrollment contract unless incorporated into an executed University agreement.
Suspension
RPUW may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the University, its users, or its systems, or when authorization is no longer required.
